Senior Water/Waste Resource Engineers

To manage water resources projects for at local, regional, and national level. Duties include: hydraulics and hydrology (H&H) data collection, modeling and design, technical writing, mentoring to junior staff and technical presentation to client staff. Must be conversant to plan and design culverts, bridges, and storm drain network, prepare stormwater master plans, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation plans, water quality best management practices (BMP).

Must be able to prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination.

The candidate should have 8-10+ years of experience, BS degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, Engineering, communication skills, proficient in CADD (microstation preferred), SEWER CAD / STORMNET, or any other design packages, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and ARC GIS.

The candidate must have experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects, and a desire to work in a multi-disciplinary team. He / she shall have ability to train and mentor junior staff.

Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in any US state is a plus.

Senior Transportation Engineers

To manage tasks and coordinate roadway or highway projects of moderate size and complexity. Duties include designing of road networks, preparing plans and specifications, undertaking traffic estimates, traffic modeling studies, finalize horizontal and vertical alignments.

Must be able to prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination.

The Senior Transportation Engineer will in general carry out tasks such as road geometrics, traffic design, traffic analyses, traffic maintenance plans, road safety plans and prepare specifications to carry out the work.

The candidate shall have BS degree in Civil, and or Transportation Engineering with 8+ years of experience, communication skills, proficient in CAD (microstation preferred), and TRANSCAD.

Senior Planners

The candidate must have experience in managing and coordinating urban structure projects such as water supply, sewerage, drainage, and transportation and shall have to manage multi-disciplinary teams. Must have experience in researching, economic, demographic, fiscal, legal and/or technical variables for infrastructure projects.

The candidate shall have Masters in Planning and 8+years of experience in managing planning projects. He / she must have experience in MS Office, and ARC GIS.
